At Mecca Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our beans and brewing gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help ensure you get the perfect cup.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Coffee beans are perishable and can only be returned if the bag is unopened and within 14 days of purchase; brewing equipment must be in its original packaging.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include your RMA number inside the box, then ship the package to our roasting facility using a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
