How long does shipping take?

We roast our beans to order to ensure maximum freshness. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We work directly with farmers and cooperatives to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices for every bean we source.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will make it right.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes! You can choose your favorite blend or a rotating single-origin selection to be delivered to your door weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly at a discounted rate.

Which grind size should I choose?

We recommend whole bean for maximum freshness. However, we offer custom grinds for Espresso (fine), Drip (medium), and French Press (coarse) upon request.

How should I store my coffee?

To maintain flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as moisture can degrade the quality of the beans.
